Vinny Graziano’s aviation career got started at Sikorsky Aircraft in 1987 working on the SH3H search and destroy refurbish project as an overhaul technician. After leaving Sikorsky aircraft, he then moved on to Pan American World Airways as an aircraft sheet metal technician, re-skinning the 747 at JFK airport briefly before moving on to Continental Airlines in 1988 as an aircraft line technician.
Vinny played a vital role in organizing the technicians and related employees at Continental Airlines. After the Teamsters became certified in 1997, Vinny took part in negotiating the first collective bargaining agreement with Continental Airlines. He has been a part all subsequent contract negotiations between Continental Airlines and the Teamsters since then. Working as a full-time chief steward, he went on to become an assistant business agent in 2007, where he sat on committees such as SCOPE, Grievances, and the Health and Welfare Committee (among others).
He is currently a business agent for Teamsters Local 210 in New York City.
