The GoJets Negotiations Committee met with the Company on Wednesday, April 9th and Thursday, April 10th. On Wednesday, the IBT passed a counter on Section 7 (Hours of Service). The Company passed counters on Section 13 (Vacation), Section 28 (Union Representation) and Section 29 (Union Security).

Negotiations for a stand-alone Technician and Related, Subsidiary ASA contract resumed this week in Baltimore ... On Friday, the pilots of Republic Airlines voted to reject the Tentative Agreement that had been reached by the pilot negotiators and management ... Negotiations for ExpressJet mechanics resumed on Monday in Baltimore ... Flight Attendants for Republic Airlines have been advised that the company and union are in disagreement over the intent of LOA #6 ...The Negotiating Committee for Allegiant Air dispatchers met with the company on Tuesday and Wednesday.

Over 860 attendees, eighteen Teamster Safety representatives attended the FAA Safety Info Share in Seattle Washington last week...ExpressJet contract negotiations were held on March 11th, 12th and 13th in Baltimore, Maryland under the direction of the Federal Mediator... Southwest Airlines Flight Simulator Technicians, with 100 percent participation, ratified a new two year contract by majority vote...The roadshow schedule for Republic pilots concerning the TA has been announce and ballots for the ratification vote were mailed on or about March 7th.

On Friday, the Teamsters Airline Division announced that it reached a tentative agreement with Republic Airways. Covering more than 2,200 pilots, the agreement includes increases in pay that will place Republic pilots at or near the top of its regional airline peers ...At Southwest, the Flight Simulator Technicians - members of Teamsters Airline Division, Local 19 who keep the simulators “flying” - were just recognized by the company with the annual “Heroes of the Heart” award for their dedication...

Republic Pilots to Vote on New Tentative Agreeement in March

This week the Teamsters Airline Division reached a tentative agreement on a new four-year contract with Republic Airways. The agreement - which includes increases in pay, improvements in work rules, quality of life enhancements, more flexibility in scheduling, and a signing bonus if ratified - will be presented to union members for review and a formal ratification vote, which is expected in March.
