Atlas Air Captain Ken Ryngala Passes Away
Atlas Air Captain Ken Ryngala passed away Saturday evening, November 22, 2014. Ken left behind a wife Joanne and three children.
A former member of the 439th Tactical Airlift Wing, Ken was a well respected Atlas pilot and instructor. After being diagnosed with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis in 2007, he was the recipient of a rare double lung transplant that saved his life and allowed him to return to Atlas. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 13 from 1pm to 4pm at:

Atlas Air First Officer Todd Hoppe Passes Away
Atlas Air FO Todd Hoppe passed away on Tuesday, November 18, 2014. He was the husband of Stephanie (Miller) Hoppe and father of five children.
He began his career as an Air Force Academy graduate and Commissioned Officer. Todd was held in very high regard for his airmanship and was greatly respected and enjoyed his fellow crew members at Atlas.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 22, at Calvary Baptist Church, 1380 S. Valley Forge Rd., Lansdale, PA. Interment will be private in Washington Crossing National Cemetery, Newtown, PA. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Calvary Baptist School, at the above address.
